2008 Indiana State Champions

Our Junior Pee Wee Pirates claimed the Indiana State Championship Title in a 6-0 Victory over the UNDEFEATED Griffith Panthers on Nov. 15th.  Great Job Team! Merrillville is PROUD of YOU! 

MidAmerica Regional Champions

The JPW Pirates played in the Pop Warner MidAmerica Regional Championship game on Nov 30th in Bollingbrook, Il. The Pirates WON the Regional Title with a 19-0 Victory over the Illinois State Champions, the Darien Swarms.

1ST Place for JPW Cheerleaders 2008

The Junior Pee Wee Cheerleaders won 1st Place at the Northern Indiana Pop Warner League Competition in Laporte High School on October 19th.  This qualified the team to compete in the MidAmerica Regional Competition in Dekalb, IL on November 16th.  The Pirates finished in 3rd Place among the "best of the best".

Pee Wee Cheerleaders 2009 Placements

The 2009 season Pee Wee Cheerleaders took 3rd place at the Northern Indiana Pop Warner League Competition, 1st place at The Mid-America Regional Competition which advanced them to Nationals where they placed 13th in the Nation among the best of the best!

3RD Place 2009 Jr. Midget Cheerleaders

The 2009 Junior Midget Cheerleaders took 3rd place at the Northern Indiana Pop Warner League Competition which advanced them to the Mid-America Regional Competition where they placed 4th with the best of the best.
